If your product is faulty during the warranty period, reach out to us via email or live chat, and we'll sort out how to fix it for you.
We'll handle all quality-related problems with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND, and we'll even cover the return shipping costs.
Keep in mind, this policy applies to products bought directly from bevigor.com. If you got your Bevigor items from our stores on eBay, Amazon, or authorized distributors, please contact them directly for support.
Warranty Period
Every product you buy from Bevigor comes with a 12-month hassle-free warranty. The clock starts ticking from the date ofyour original purchase as the first consumer buyer.
Valid Proof of Purchase
To kick off your warranty claim, we'll need proof of your initial purchase—like a sales receipt or something similar—to verify the start date. When submitting a claim, please include:
· Your order number from bevigor.com.
· The email, phone number, or name tied to the order.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
Bevigor's warranty is just for the original consumer buyer and can't be passed on to anyone else who ends up with the product.
Warranty Excludes:
· Products without solid proof of purchase.
· Damage from misuse or faulty components (like static discharge).
· Botched installations.
· Self-inflicted damage.
· Items bought by accident.
· Neglect, accidents, or mods—like anything soldered or tweaked during assembly.
· Freebies or complimentary products.
How to Claim Warranty?

Exchange
Bevigor will swap out any product that conks out within the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship. The replacement picks up where the original left off on the remaining warranty time.
