1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
If you purchased directly from the Bevigor Store, you may request a return or refund through us.
For purchases made through authorized Bevigor distributors, please kindly refer to their respective return and refund policies.
Please note that local laws and regulations may override our policy where applicable.
2.Order Cancellation
We understand that plans may change, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by contacting us via email.
If the order has already been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.
In some cases, shipping intercept fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund, in accordance with carrier and payment platform policies.
3. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize.
Please reach out to us at service@bevigor.com as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we kindly ask that you include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
4.30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, even if there is no quality issue.
To be eligible, please ensure:
The item is unused, in original condition and packaging
All accessories and promotional gifts are included
You can provide proof of purchase from bevigor.com (such as your order number, registered email, or phone number)
5.Return Guidelines
To qualify for a return:
Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
The product must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and all included accessories
Any free gifts or promotional items must also be returned. If not, their value will be deducted from your refund.
If your refund is due to quality issues or non-shipment, no additional processing fees will apply.
Please note, returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
Missing proof of purchase
Used, damaged, or modified items
Free or promotional items
Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper storage
Purchases made from unauthorized resellers
6.Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please:
Check your bank account or credit card statement
Contact your credit card company – it may take several business days for the refund to officially post
Check with your bank – some institutions take additional time to process refunds
